NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
TO BE HELD AT WEST RUNTON CHURCH HALL ON TUESDAY 28th MAY COMMENCING AT 7:15PM
Parishioners who would like to speak at a meeting should inform the Clerk not less than 24 hours before the meeting is due to start. They must give their name and then will be invited to speak by the Chairman.
Parish Council meetings are open to parishioners and the press. Whilst the public may not take part in discussion unless specifically invited by the Chairman to do so, the agenda usually provides a period when parishioners can raise matters of concern. Matters raised without prior notice, will usually result in them being placed on the agenda for the next meeting. Anything which is not on the Agenda cannot lawfully be discussed.
